A lifetime
in hospitality.

A warm welcome to Ristorante Wartstein da Rosario. My family and I have worked in hospitality all our lives. Both of my sons have found their footing in the trade as well, and I am very proud of that.

It is fair to say our profession is not always easy, but the passion that gripped me as a boy still drives me today. As an experienced restaurateur I care above all about fresh, house-made food. A meal out should always be a culinary experience for the guest. That is my credo.
